Access Hire Nationwide is proud to provide our own fully trained in-house service facilities, backed up by a national support network of over 200 repair agents. We’re able to maintain a safer fleet, and to offer all the support, advice and training you need:
Maintenance of vehicles & platforms
For safety’s sake and for a better hire experience, we work with our repair network to maintain our vehicles, equipment, access platforms, hydraulics, tyres, exhausts and glass to the highest standards. All equipment mounted to the vehicle is subject to Safety and Maintenance inspections according to LOLER recommendations, with vehicle and platform inspections carried out at least every 8 weeks.
Breakdown & emergency response
Thanks to our nationwide network of repair agents and mobile service engineers, we offer response within 90 minutes in the event of any breakdown, with 24-hour emergency call-out.
Technical support & advice
If you need any advice on the specification of vehicles and platforms, or experience difficulties using the equipment, our engineers and experts are on hand to provide the support you need.
Familiarisation & training
Our experts will offer product familiarisation sessions when you’re hiring a vehicle you haven’t used before. We can also provide IPAF training courses to ensure your drivers and operatives are fully prepared.
